Limited Edition Rosé Bottles are Signed & Numbered by Ken Dillon, Owner & Winemaker. These Ltd Edition bottles represent the very 1st bottles we ever produced, 1st wine to get bottled and labeled directly from our stainless steel tank. In honor and celebration of Seattle’s 50th Pride Anniversary, we’ll be donating 50% to Lavender Rights Project for every Ltd Edition Rosé Bottle sold. A portion of all Rosé proceeds benefit local BIPOC + LGBTQ non profits like Lavender Rights Project.

Deliveries may be delayed due to inclement weather, if the weather is too warm (we will hold on shipping until the weather cools down enough to ship them to you), or other unforeseen circumstances, and we can guarantee wine quality assurance. ¨ Varietals: Syrah (98%), Sauvignon Blanc (2%)
¨ Vineyard/AVA: Angiolina Vineyard/Rattlesnake Hills AVA — Yakima Valley
¨ Vinification: cool and controlled temperature direct press with ambient and wild yeasts fermentation, 100% stainless steel tank, minimal fining and sulfur addition, no filtration.
¨ pH: 3.65, TA 7.05g/L
¨ Limited 37 cases + 20 kegs produced
¨ Tasting: opens with enticing wild strawberry fields, fresh and dried apricot, with a hint of grapefruit zest and rose petal, and leads to an intriguing mouthful of ripe red berries and stone fruits, light velvet, the faintest hint of effervescence, and edgy elegance
